Lucas Kirschman is the founder of Nirvana State Wellness and a Sound Healing Academy certified practitioner, certified Biofield Tuning practitioner, and 200-hour RYT yoga teacher based in Tampa, Florida. Through Nirvana State Wellness, Lucas offers private sound therapy, Biofield Tuning, group sound baths, and yin yoga both in person and remotely. His sessions are guided intuitively and shaped by what each person needs in the moment.

Lucas is also the founder of Sound Nuts™, a snack brand built on the idea that intention and healing frequencies can be infused into everything — including what we eat and drink.
